How long does each therapy session take?

We offer 45min and 55 min sessions depending on your needs. Clients are usually seen on a weekly or biweekly basis following their intake assessment appointment.

We also offer monthly appointments for ongoing maintenance after a client has been stable in treatment with Melanite Wellness.

Do you accept insurance?

 Connecticut: Yes, we accept Optum, United Heathcare, Connecticare, Oxford, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna and all Connecticut Husky plans.

Florida: Yes, we accept Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Unitedhealth, Oxford for Florida clients. More insurance to come 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the late cancellation/no show fee

Can I refer my client/patient?

Yes, you can.

What states do you cover?

We proudly serve individuals, families and couples in Florida and Connecticut.

Florida residents: Please note that sessions are available virtual/telehealth only and we are in network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealth, Oxford, CTCare for Florida insurance at this time. Sessions will be self pay/out of pocket, HSA/FSA  and low cost options/sliding scale options available for all other carriers at this time. More insurance to be added
