Hi, I'm glad you're here!

I am a license professional counselor and license alcohol and drug counselor with over 10 years of experience. I've worked in various treatment settings such as group homes, community agency along with the center for victims of trauma. I have experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety, trauma, depression, addictions, life transitions, grief, marital issues such as infertility and infidelity. My passion are women issues and helping those suffering from post partum. I utilize various treatment modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and various holistic approaches such as Reiki, meditation and auricular acupuncture and acupressure as an adjunctive treatment to ongoing individual therapy.
